Asta ceramic Pvt Ltd was established in this year which is our first-ever production unit to manufacture 10X15 & 10X18 cm wall tiles. Marking this phase as our inception we derived authenticity while producing an exquisite range of ceramics.

PGVT/GVT 60×60 and 60×120 cm floor tiles. With a production capacity of 16000 boxes per day with 2 kilns, we became one of the first few companies in the world to launch twin charge tiles under the flagship of Claystone Granite Pvt Ltd.

With the use of advanced technology, we implanted in our plant made us showcase our innovation and creativity with utmost perfection.

Astonia Ceramic Pvt Ltd was established just a month later we started Astila. At Astonia we started manufacturing premium grade 18X12 cm woll tille. With the help of 2 kills in our manufacturing plants, 18000 boxes are getting manufactured each day using state-of-art technology in the domain of ceramic tile manufacturing.

An idea of raw material manufacturing was the beginning of our first-ever step towards establishing a Raw material processing plant under the flagship of Astana Mineral in July 2019. This step was needed to control the similarity of quality in all our plants and their respective manufactured products.

Astis has installed the most advanced technology and machinery at the manufacturing plant to produce the finest ceramic tiles to merge our creativity with convenience seamlessly.
